HMH’s was able to take underutilized industrial land and convert it to residential land uses to create a new community in San Jose. The two separate parcels and its unique property configuration presented complex site plan challenges. HMH was able to maximize unit yield while providing two significant useable common open space areas. The project included the widening of Oakland Road and installing a new median island. Services provided included Conceptual Master Plans and Site Plans, Entitlement Management and Processing, Storm Water Quality Plans, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture and Construction Staking.
