Working with Samaritan Medical and RBB Architects, HMH completed entitlement, civil engineering, landscape architecture and surveying tasks for this adaptive re-use project in southwest San Jose. This new medical office and parking structure development is an expansion of an existing medical facility. The new project includes approximately 75,000 square feet of new medical office space in a “landmark” four story building and an accompanying 5 level parking structure. HMH provided consultation through the entitlement process (General Plan Amendment, PD Rezoning and Permit) completed concept landscape design, landscape construction documents, prepared topographic survey and on-site and off site civil engineering plans.
