2590 Orchard Parkway

The HMH Landscape team updated the site design by incorporating a color palette that compliments the grey tones of the building. A sense of warmth is achieved using a more sustainable porcelain wood look tile adjacent to the building. There are pops of color, which call upon the decorative barn lights on the feature wall. The feature wall shields users from the busy intersection of Orchard and Trimble, which is just outside the amenity space. The shading is provided by existing trees and is complimented by new olive trees inside the amenity space. Lastly, a cool ‘mini’ trellis’ brings a human scale to the space by providing shelter adjacent to the taller mature trees.
