Crow Canyon is a class A office building located in San Ramon with an initial design goal of renovating a previously empty and unusable space that included multiple blocked views. This market ready, value add project features an updated courtyard with a large shade structure, synthetic turf, built-in floating bar top, terraced amphitheater with stadium seating, convenient power outlets, and a water sculpture. This project was a success due to the ability to effectively mix old with new while enhancing the overall access of the space.
