Dublin Corporate Center

The Dublin Corporate Center consists of three four-story Class-A multi-tenant office buildings on a roughly 18.6 acre site, totaling approximately 441,097 rentable square feet. The center is located along interstate 580, within three miles of the 580/680 interchange and just 1.5 miles from the BART station. HMH was brought onto the project to provide Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture and Civil Engineering services for improvements of the courtyard area between all three buildings and enhance the landscape around the perimeters of the buildings.

The courtyard space was previously intended as a passive space and corridor between buildings with a large water feature that had ongoing maintenance issues. HMH was tasked to update the space to make it a usable, aesthetically enhanced, activated area that would become an amenity for the tenants and visitors while also attracting potential new tenants. Much of the existing concrete was removed and replaced with enhanced paving and improve overall site circulation and accessibility.
