HMH provided civil engineering, design, planning and surveying services for this seven-story hotel on approximately 0.8 acres. A record data base sheet of the site boundary, easements and other encumbrances of record based upon a current preliminary title report was prepared and horizontal control and a layout based on the architect’s site plan was calculated. On-site improvements were designed, and HMH assisted the client in obtaining permit approval from the City of Santa Clara Building Department.
