Market Park – Northside

All expertise sectors of HMH are helping create the vibrant transit village of Market Park, in total a three billion dollar development and one of San Jose’s largest planned communities. To the north of Berryessa Road within Market Park, HMH is helping create multiple projects, including developments holding 1,000 total residential units, now completed or under construction, and over 100,000 square feet of retail and commercial businesses. HMH is also designing and engineering two public parks and an extension of the Coyote Creek Trail. Other North Side assignments include critical infrastructure work on a regional storm water management facility, the widening of Berryessa Road, and offsite regional sewer extensions.

HMH has been involved in Market Park’s North Side for 15 years, working on initial land use through completed elements with numerous clients, government agencies and consultants. Our integrated services of zoning, master planning, design, engineering, and infrastructure and project management are bringing Market Park to life, creating a new San Jose community with easy access to the new Berryessa BART station.
