Midtown Arts Mercantile
Located in San Jose, this innovative and repurposed 41,000 square foot commercial project is an industrial hub for an assortment of creative tenants to make, manufacture, fabricate and publish their unique projects. The space was previously a deserted warehouse that lacked a sense of community.
The stylish and modern makeover has revamped the space while creating a place for the community to gather, engage, and unwind. In addition to creating a sense of place for the community, the industrial zoning is so that vendors are limited to 10-15% of the total square footage for retail space which transforms the remaining space as a place for vendors to manufacture on site.
Some of the key amenities include an artistic industrial design, private parking, outdoor patio, natural light, and 24/7 access.
