Westfield Valley Fair Mall

HMH is working with Westfield on their expansion of the Valley Fair Mall on Stevens Creek and Winchester Boulevard. This mall is one of Westfield’s largest and profitable enclosed shopping centers in the United States. The major renovation, currently under construction, is estimated to cost upwards of one billion dollars and will bring 80 to 100 new retail stores, a new major anchor tenant and upscale entertainment and dining experience. Thinking outside the box, Westfield is looking to in include amenities like a fitness center with an expansive third-floor outdoor yoga deck, fire pits, water features and outdoor recreational spaces. When completed, this mall will be a lifestyle destination location where people can work, shop and play.

With the new Bank of America and Chase Bank completed, McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. will focus their attention on the mass excavation of soil for the new underground parking structure. This phase will add approximately 2,000 new parking spaces and set the stage for the next phase of the mall expansion. The parking structure is estimated to be completed by the winter of 2019.
